Praise Reports and Prayer Requests

Praises:

• 2010 year-to-date statistics: 4,115 decisions for Christ and 174 children saved from abortion! Praise the Lord for these changed lives!
  
  
• Thank you for your prayers for the abortion recovery training in Trinidad. We praise God for the work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of the 12 attendees and trainer.
  
  
• Join us in praising the Lord for the opportunity for LIFE staff member Fran Malfer to equip and encourage staff at the Eastern Europe Regional Office in Kiev, Ukraine last month! She was able to provide coaching for the EERO team in the areas of covenant relationship, coaching others, evangelism in pregnancy center work, and project management.
  
  
• Praise God for the recent advancement trip to Oregon and Washington during which LIFE staff members Doug Thorson and Matthew Zoller were able to cultivate relationships with local businessmen and ministry leaders. They had several opportunities to share about the mission that God has given LIFE International. 
  
  
• We are praising God for several fall opportunities to provide sanctity of human life training, equipping for life-giving ministry, and practical resources to leaders around the world!

   

Requests:

• Representatives from LIFE’s headquarters and Eastern Europe Regional Office will join pregnancy center leadership from all over the United States at the CareNet Conference in Texas, September 8-11. Pray for key connections with conference participants as we share about the global mission field and ways that people can join in equipping leaders for life-giving ministry overseas. Pray also for LIFE’s associate Veronica Nakyewe from Uganda as she attends the conference and travels afterward to LIFE’s headquarters. 
  
  
• Please join us in prayer for the Church Leader Training that LIFE will be co-facilitating in Guayaquil, Ecuador, September 20-24. Director Caty Tate of Showers of Grace Pregnancy Center has organized this conference for pastors in the Guayaquil area. Significant prayer support is being provided by church networks leading up to and during this event. LIFE staff members Kurt Dillinger, Anne Nelson, Matthew Zoller, and Paul Brinkerhoff, and Raul Reyes of Life Network will be speaking at the training. Pray for safety in travel and the ability for each team member to communicate clearly.
  
  
• LIFE’s Eastern Europe Regional Office is hosting a summit at the end of September for centers partnering with LIFE in that region of the world. Trainers from International    Steward will teach on leadership through Biblical stewardship and fund development. Pray for Kevin Pinner and Caroly Rendel from LIFE’s headquarters as they also present.
