Include contact name and email address
The name of your organization, your organization's mission, a very brief summary description of the project the total proposed project/program budget, the amount needed or requested, and how your request fits LIFE International's mission and vision.
A very brief history and description of your current programs (impact to date), your organization's total annual general operating budget, and your organization's fiscal year (the period of time used by your government for accounting and budget purposes).
The statement of need is an essential element of the grant proposal, and must convince the reader that there is an important need that can be met by your project. Include: the problem/need being addressed, how the proposed program/project will meet that need, a description of the target population and geographical area, and how your project or program will promote long-term change.
Describe the project in more detail, including major activities and your desired objectives.
Other entities/organizations being approached, already secured, raised, or committed funding, and how you expect to support the project activities after the initial time period.
The final summary restates the intent of the project, affirms your readiness to answer further questions, and thanks the potential funder for its consideration.
