Administrator

The administrator attends to organizational details of the trip and troubleshoots obstacles at a moment’s notice. 

Giftings/Talents/Experience: Administration, service, works, compassion, and mercy.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the LIFE International Project Manager for administrative tasks during trip. 
  • Manage finances during the trip.
  • Attend to proper distribution of resources and materials taken to the event.
  • Ensure that team is aware of scheduled events during the trip (devotionals, meals, conference sessions, etc.).
  • Ensure that materials and equipment are ready and functioning for teachers and that they have everything they need, working in coordination with team Technician.
  • Attend to logistical needs at the hotel and the conference center.
  • Act as the hotel and conference center’s point of contact for the team. Any requests made should come through the Administrator.
