In the jungles of Colombia, Raul and his team gathered with 40 leaders, from church pastors to children’s center directors. Just days earlier, he had been in Mexico City for a LIFE International training with leaders from across Latin America and the Caribbean. What he received there didn’t stay in the classroom. He carried it home.
Now, sitting among leaders in his own country, Raul began to share—not just what he had learned, but what had shifted in him. Drawing from his time with LIFE staff and alongside fellow leaders, he poured into men and women already shaping their communities. He wanted them to understand what it means to be a life-giving leader, and how that calling transforms the way they live, lead, and serve.
But this was more than teaching.
Raul and his team shared something deeper, something they had experienced for themselves. They described it as “the heart of God being revealed.” And that revelation became their motivation.
This is how the message moves. Not just through information or training, but through transformed lives, carried from one place to another. And it multiplies as new leaders step out to do the same.
